We started using them last year and have been very pleased with their service. Their team handles heating and air conditioning maintenance, inspections, and repairs with professionalism and honesty. There are no exaggerated or inflated upcharges, and they never pressure you to buy unnecessary services or equipment. 2 months agoUpdate, 3/6/26: Family installed a new HVAC system in our home today. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked very fast and efficiently. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience. Thank you to Mike, Dennis, Isaac, Joe, Collin, and Damon for the great experience. 2/13/26: After obtaining numerous estimates that partially met our budget and equipment needs, we reached out to Family. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood what we hoped to achieve. He presented three options in our budget that also met our comfort needs the same day in which the initial walkthrough occurred. He understood and outlined common weak points unique to our pre-war two-story home and offered clear, realistic solutions. While we haven't yet committed to Family for our project, it's clear they had the best options. I hope to provide an update if and when we proceed with the project in the very near future. Overall, a great first experience. (2/13/26) -
