Most recently, I had a unique problem with a broken handle on my commercial freezer and their service technician (Dale) did an amazing job installing a new handle. This was not an ordinary handle. EM is an honest, professional and quality driven company. I highly recommend them for electrical and mechanical needs. Thank you EM! -

2 years agoone of the crews is not knowledgeable. did not even know what a fuse does. very concerning. was recommended to just put the fuse back on. had to inspect what was wrong on my own instead, fuses open for a reason. found the cause of the fault. putting the fuse would have destroyed a house or kill someone. not sure how they are in business, you get what you pay for. -
