10 years agoI am so pleased with the work done by Bone Dry Roofing together with Addison H&;A/C on October 8, 2016. The heat stack was rusted, had splits in it, and was the wrong height. Dave Addison replaced the heat stack and cap and added a collar (which doubles the life of the heat stack), and he also checked the fireplace. Hector with Bone Dry Roofing prepared the heat stack removal as he took off architectural shingles so that Dave could put in the new heat stack. Then Hector put in new shingles around the new heat stack. In January of 2016, Hector had replaced the flashing around the soil pipes (one was leaking) and added a collar to double the life of both pipes. Bone Dry recommended Dave Addison, who works with them on many jobs that require H&A/C. Neither company takes short cuts-they do what is needed! Both Tracy Whisman and Sheila McPherson in the office at Bone Dry and Michele Addison who handles payments at Addison were easy to work with. I highly recommend both companies for a quality job at a fair price. -

10 years agoDave got my AC up and running quickly and charged an extremely fair price. I know this because I have needed this type of work before (clean up, recharge cooling and in this case, I also needed to replace capacitor I'd blown). I'd had another company come out the day before and declined their service as I knew what I was being charged was exorbitant. I will always use Dave for my AC services going forward because I am confident about his expertise and his integrity. Highly recommend to everyone!
