3 years agoI've been calling for the last 9 days. Wasn't able to get a hold of anyone until last Saturday and was told to call back because they didn't have the books on them to schedule. I said okay fine it's a holiday weekend we're all human I get it. So I've been calling this week and it started out with no one answering. Then instantly going to voicemail. And now it says the number doesn't work anymore? I needed to book 15-30 days out? What's the problem? Turn your Groupons off this is ridiculous. -

3 years agoHorrible experience, very unprofessional people. I scheduled the carpet cleaning with them. Later I recieved a call few mins before the scheduled time that they will not be able to perform the service because their guy walked off from the job. I was told they will call me by evening to reschedule. Waited till evening did not recieve any call. I called several times left various voicemails but no response. I have joint problem. I have called and pay someone to move my furniture. Now I have to call and pay them to put it back. -

3 years agoI just had carpets cleaned by Eric at Service Maxx, a family owned business. I highly recommend them! Reasonable (bargain!) and excellent job! Totally exceeded my expectations. Hire these guys! Look for their Groupon too. I will never call anyone else on my carpet except for Service Maxx! -
