3 years agoHorrible experience the second time around (first gentleman who helped me no longer works there) - difficulty scheduling + I take off work to be home, tech comes to take a look for 4 minutes, leaves saying he would return with a larger ladder in 20 minutes and never comes back after an hour and a half and then finally answers my texts saying he doesn't know how to unclog dryer vents. Not sure how I was able specifically to book someone with Midwest Air Solutions to unclog my dryer vent and the tech shows up isn't able to complete this exact task in general. Very frustrating. Oh and he left a mess from taking apart my attic in the 4 minutes spent here and didn't clean it up. -

3 years agoWELL they did not take off vents on two floors did not put the tool down the vent ,only blowed at top there was nothing in the machine after cleaning. after 10 years of living here The guy brought his grandson and he smelled of pot I looked up a video after and then realized I was taken advantaged of . When they were leaving they were in a unmarked truck . Did not clean coils or anything of that nature either DO NOT USE PLEASE IF YOU REALLY WANT YOUR AIR DUCTS CLEANED CORRECTLY -
