1 year agoI had an appointment between 2-4pm and received a call at 4pm saying the weather was too cold to clean our carpet since the solution was freezing in the hoses. I understand things happen, but getting a call at the end of the window instead of earlier in the day is not very professional. They wanted to try again tomorrow, but it is supposed to be just as cold tomorrow. They even told me most carpet cleaners close this time of year and don't open again until spring. -

1 year agoI hired Elite Clean Steamers to clean the air vents at a property that I manage on June 17, 2024. While cleaning, the technician's snake tool got caught in the vent and broke the dryer vent. The technician couldn't get his tool out, so had to cut a hole in the wall. The company was supposed to send someone out on August 5 to repair the wall. My tenant spent the day waiting at home and no one showed up. I complained to management at Elite Clean Steamers and they apologized and said they would send someone over again. On September 16, they were supposed to show up and again my tenant spent the day waiting at home for them. They were a no-show yet again. What was supposed to be a quick dryer vent cleaning turned into a multi-month nightmare of trying to get them to repair the damage they did to my home. I would not recommend them to anyone, and will make sure to continue spreading the word.
