3 years agoI called the company at 6:30 to get a tow truck out because I was stranded in a public park. 9:30 rolled around and I called them to get an eta of the driver and they told me that they had called me and that the tow truck driver was stranded. I received no calls from them whatsoever and they told me they would call me back. They never did and they knew I had been stranded for over 4 hours. The girl on the phone tried to gaslight me and lied about ever calling back. I asked which number she tried to call and he said "excuse me" and got upset when I just asked a simple question. They even charged my card before a tow truck driver came out. Terrible service, I don't recommend. -

I was on my way home from the office when I suddenly got a flat tire, and my spare tire wasn't in good condition. I called right away to have my car towed and they acted immediately and arrived on time. Good thing we can reach them anytime, 24/7! -
