1 year agoI paid $260 for 4 for weekly mowings on 5/7/2025. They mowed one time during the week of 5/7/2025. I texted multiple times to know when someone would be out to mow again. On 6/16/2025, I received a response they would be out that day or by 6/19/2025. I sent several other text messages after that through 6/26/2025, received read receipts for each message but no response and nobody came to mow. To date, I have not received a response or a refund for the 3 mowings they did not complete. Poor unprofessional customer service and did not fulfill their obligation of the 3 remaining mowings. This is a breach of contract and lack of accountability. After many weeks, no response after multiple requests or any attempt to refund for services not provided. They have stolen my money with false promises and very poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend this company. Even after filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, no response or resolution. Think twice about using this company. They do not fulfill the work paid for. -

1 year agoHorrible customer service. Charged $160 for a single visit, didn't touch half the yard, argued with me about what was/wasn't done, then ghosted me completely after offering to come finish the job. Photos are from after the "job" -

1 year agoGeorge was a life saver here! Had poison ivy growing out front by a rose plant. I got poison ivy and later an infection from it. Called looking for help clearing the poison ivy as well as taking care of mulching. George came out the night after I called. Walked through everything with me. He was even game to clear out small trees planted by previous owners hugging the house and clear out a massive branch from another tree stretching over. George moved me up time wise as well even starting on a Saturday at no additional charge so all the work would be certain to finish before I had to leave town for work. Friendly. Great work. Good insight as well for any questions I had. And the pictures speak for themselves. Now I can heal up with the front looking great! Greatly appreciate it! -

1 year agoI have to edit my review. First review below. Only 2 days after the job was complete, weeds started to grow through the mulch. After walking around, the mulch was spread unevenly. He stated he put down preen, but it obviously was not enough. When i told him about the weeds, he blamed it on me not paying the extra $900 to have fabric laid down. Even though he stated it should be fine without it and that he would put enough mulch down that I didn't need to worry. While he did offer to come by and spray "a few gallons" of weed killer when he's in the area, I do not know when nor if he will. The work is good, but if you don't know exactly what you're looking for or what needs done, you'll either pay for a lot of extras or have to pay for another visit. George is very prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His team will get the job done quickly and takes great care when necessary. He takes weather into account so his work lasts.
