5 months agoDid not clean up after. Removed WAY MORE than we expected. Left nails exposed. Put items in my personal dressers. Broke a few items when moving our furniture. Way too many machines for our square footage. Went over more than double their original quote. Cut out part of a wall with no explanation or phone call to us. Overall, very disappointed! -

6 months agoUnfortunately my experience with Ross Restoration was really bad. Their customer service wasn't great, and they kept giving me different information. The prices they quoted weren't accurate, and they changed things later, which felt shady. The work they did also wasn't done right. A lot of things had to be fixed again because they didn't do it properly the first time. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Ross Restoration. The whole experience was frustrating and poor communication, confusing pricing, and low quality work!! -

7 months agoMy hot water heater recently went out and leaked water through my walls and all throughout the first floor of my house. Ross restoration showed up within 30 minutes of me calling them, thoroughly walked me through the restoration process and answered all questions we had. They meticulously documented every detail each step of the way. When I submitted their documentation to our insurance company, the adjuster said it was one of the most thorough and detailed jobs he had ever seen a restoration company do, and as a result, it was an open and shut case for them, that it would be fully covered and the payout was almost immediate. Would 1000% recommend Ross restoration to others and will certainly be using them again if anything like this was to happen in the future.
