4 months agoHad an amazing experience with this company. Kyle was great from the first contact I made with him, all the way through completion of what I needed done. In a time when finding a reliable contractor is 1 of the 12 labors of Hercules, this was probably the easiest encounter I could have hoped for. Kyle was communicative, friendly, and displayed great knowledge of the task at hand. While a relatively simple fix was all that was required, I truly appreciated that giving a solution wasn't turned into an attempt to make a sale. Will 100% use Innovative Installations again when the time arises. -

Kyle and Brandon worked tirelessly to help with our storm damage claim, even when our insurance company (Nationwide) was being extremely difficult. The process took over a year, but they stuck with us every step of the way. When it finally came time to replace the roof, the crew finished in one day, cleaned up thoroughly, and the final product looks fantastic. Insurance didn't cover everything, but I'm still grateful I chose this company. They truly care about their customers and do excellent work. Highly recommend! -
