They called to give me an update on the technician's ETA (which was still well within the time window they provided). The technician was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything before she left. She noted a few things for me to keep an eye on which is much appreciated. -

Kaitlin was amazingly awesome. There are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to cover how wonderful she was! Knowledgeable, Passionate, Educator, Great personality, Prompt, Neat, Caring, Forward Thinking, Hard Worker. She knew her stuff inside out and all around. I would give them 10 starts if that were a choice!
