2 months agoThe office staff were able to fit me into their existing schedule and I really appreciated that as my heat was compromised. Chris was able to come early. He was very careful with the house and explained what he found in a complete manner. Then he went above and beyond expectations by talking with the electrician to ensure he was aware of the extent of the problem. Altogether, it was a very positive experience. Thank you for amazing service! -

3 months agoI could not be happier with the service I received from George and Chase today. I had a badly stopped up kitchen drain. A prior call revealed that the existing pipes were old and could not be cleared with regular methods. They arrived right on time and began their work right away. They were able to fix the problem by inserting some new drains. They were very careful to do what was needed. And when they left, my kitchen sink was sparkling white. Above and beyond service! 2/4/26. This review is for the service I received today from Commercial Services Plumbing. As always, they were able to come early. They took care of clearing a clogged drain. They were very efficient and thorough. I really appreciate that they were able to answer my questions too. I always learn something from these plumbers.

FAQ
How does Commercial Service determine pricing for HVAC work?
We provide custom quotes based on a detailed assessment of your specific system and needs. Our estimates include equipment specifications, labor costs, any required permits, and materials-so you know exactly what to expect before work begins. We're transparent about what's included and what isn't, which helps you avoid surprise charges when the job is complete. If you're unsure about pricing, we're happy to walk you through how we arrived at our recommendation.
Are you licensed and insured to handle HVAC installations and repairs?
Commercial Service maintains the proper licensing and insurance required to perform HVAC work safely and legally in Indiana. This protects you in case of property damage or other issues during the job. We also ensure our technicians meet all certification requirements, including EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerant. You can ask for proof of our credentials and insurance coverage when you contact us.
Can Commercial Service handle both residential and commercial HVAC systems?
We serve both residential and commercial clients with heating and air conditioning installations, repairs, and maintenance. Our experience includes everything from furnace service and AC repairs to complex system installations, as shown by our work with various building types. Whether you need a straightforward residential fix or a larger commercial project, our team has the expertise to handle it. We also provide contractor and supplier services to meet diverse heating and cooling needs.
What should I expect on the day of my service appointment?
Commercial Service schedules appointments to arrive on time and complete the work efficiently. Our technicians will inspect your system thoroughly, explain any issues they find, and answer your questions about maintenance and operation. Most routine service calls-like filter changes and system checks-take less than an hour. We'll leave your home clean and in good order, and we're happy to walk you through how to maintain your system going forward.
Does Commercial Service clean up after HVAC installations and repairs?
We take care of cleanup as part of our service, leaving your home in the condition we found it. This includes removing debris, old equipment, and materials used during the installation or repair. Proper cleanup and protection of your space is part of our professional approach to the job. If you have specific concerns about your home or belongings, let us know when we arrive and we'll take extra precautions.
Why is professional HVAC installation better than DIY?
Professional installation ensures your system is sized correctly for your home through proper load calculations, which accounts for insulation, room layout, sun exposure, and other factors. Improper sizing and installation can reduce efficiency, increase energy costs, and shorten equipment life. We also conduct duct inspections, measure airflow and static pressure, and verify refrigerant charge according to manufacturer specifications-details that are critical for performance and safety. Additionally, professional installation typically qualifies for manufacturer warranties and may unlock utility rebates, protecting your investment long-term.
