2 months agoEasily the best experience i've ever had with a tow truck company! They worked with me to where i could get my car back as quickly as possible and all the drivers were super helpful and respectful. So helpful and respectful, I actually had them come pick up a car from our drive way and was super affordable! Jake (the owner) went out of his way to make sure I could afford to move my car and after calling multiple tow companies in the area (Ken's, Stryker towing, etc.) they were by far the cheapest. Definitely recommend. -

FAQ
How does TowTime Towing and Recovery determine towing costs?
We base towing costs on factors like the type of vehicle, distance towed, and specific service needed such as light-duty, medium-duty, or heavy-duty towing. Recoveries and winch-outs from tough spots like snowy driveways or gravel roads may involve additional considerations for equipment and time. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your situation.
Are you licensed and insured for towing services?
TowTime Towing and Recovery carries full licensing and insurance to handle all towing and recovery jobs safely. Our drivers treat every vehicle with care during light, medium, and heavy-duty tows as well as winch-outs and jump starts. This coverage protects both your property and our team during operations.
Does TowTime Towing and Recovery handle recoveries from off-road or stuck vehicles?
We manage recoveries and winch-outs for vehicles stuck off-road, in snowy gravel driveways, dirt paths, or even unusual spots like swimming pools. Our equipment and drivers are equipped for light-duty cars like Honda Civics or CRVs, box trucks, and high-end vehicles such as Lamborghini Urus using dollies. These services ensure safe extraction without further damage.
What is your average response time for roadside assistance?
Our average response time is 13 minutes for 24/7 emergency calls including towing, jump starts, and recoveries. We serve a 30-mile radius around Bloomington, IN, navigating challenging conditions quickly. Expect prompt arrival to minimize your wait during breakdowns.
Does TowTime Towing and Recovery clean up the towing or recovery site?
We clear away any debris or materials from the towing or recovery area to leave the site tidy. Drivers handle operations carefully to avoid scattering gravel, dirt, or other materials during winch-outs from driveways or off-road spots. This practice keeps your property in good condition after we depart.
Why is professional towing safer than trying a DIY recovery?
Professional towing uses specialized wreckers and winch equipment designed for heavy-duty pulls without risking vehicle frame damage or further stranding. DIY attempts often lack the rigging knowledge needed for safe angles, especially in snow, gravel, or off-road scenarios, leading to potential injuries or worsened situations. Our experienced drivers assess conditions precisely to complete the job efficiently and securely.
