I have used their service for a number of years and never had any negative encounters. I am on their monthly schedule and if for any reason I need them to come back sooner, they do without hesitation! After years of unsuccessfully trying to manage my chipmunk 'issues' with all my home remedies, I needed professional help :). I am so happy, one less thing I have to worry about. -
