From Dan (Project Manager) who gave the written proposal, Zach (high school apprentice)who set up stain prevention our home, and Pat (HVAC technician) who did the installation, mentored Zach in the process and taught us the functions of our new techy equipment. How wonderful to know this local company is proactive in a high school apprenticeship program. Even if HVAC is not a future career choice, the following a mentors instructions, completing the job correctly, respectful customer service, communication skills, and representing the company by their attitude, abilities and actions are all equally important for success. 5 years agoHeater went out on Sunday when we called them late Sunday afternoon to ask them if they had a certain part in stock, the person who took my call said that someone would call me back but no one ever contacted me. Temperature is that night were negative 16. Would not recommend this company at all.
