10 months agoTo whom it may concern this gentleman gathers up wood and other debris from commercial jobs and his personal garbage that could be hauled to the dump or picked up by a garbage man. Instead he hauls it home and burns it every day for everyone in the neighborhood to breathe especially at night while we are sleeping. We have turned him in several times. When we can't breathe outside And nothing is done. So I guess we have the right to complain here . . -
