2 months agoOK, so my heat went out at 3 o'clock in the morning. I contacted these guys through their service It's a 24 hour service. They usually respond within an hour or two supposedly and I know you have to spend a little bit more when you need service that late at night. So over four hours later, I finally get a text message. Not with the quote that I had requested that they were offering..... Oh no, I just got a thing saying $98 for them to come out. And pretty much that's where the message Then just basically gave themselves and open checkbook....... Asking if I would just like to go ahead and replace the whole unit My unit is not that old at all actually. So I said no, I just want it repaired. I waited and waited and waited and waited for a response. Didn't get a response from the guy. I don't know how they're getting five star service When they're treating customers this way. I'm willing to overlook a couple things that's not a problem. I understand that nobody runs a perfect business but these guys are just downright rude so far. NOPE WONT BE USING THESE GUYS. You guys really should treat a potential client better than you did this morning just so you know. Like I said, I contacted these guys because they had the 24 hour service. My house is in the 50° range right now. So it was a no-brainer when I decided not to use these guys because of their horrible, horrible horrible customer service. -
