They will call to schedule when it is time for the next checkup and then come out to perform the service needed. I have had no complaints and they've done an excellent professional job. I've used them to replace my furnace and air conditioner. They took time to explain all the options and listened and answered questions and installed the right systems for my needs. I like them a lot and will continue to use them. -

In short time, Dan had identified the problem and corrected it. And as always, Dan was delightful, knowledgeable and efficient. He has a great attitude and is a friendly person who is willing to take the time to listen and explain his findings. I highly recommend Legacy Home Services.
