1 year agoUpdated review- Quick summary-- C&H came out last year to do our flooring, and due to water damage discovery had to pause til this year. They allowed us to finish repairing our home and came back to finish the installation almost a year later. The initial visits and the "final" install wasn't quite up to what we both agreed was the standard we were looking for; Monica was of great help, pleasure to communciate with, and she arranged to send out their head installer Lucas to fix things up. I can gladly say that when Lucas finally left, after diligently correcting each mistake we complained about, the install is exactly what we expected the job to have been finished like, and despite this hurdle, are very happy with the finished product. Aside from this initial hurdle, this would have been a 5-star install. The flooring itself is gorgeous and definitely exactly what we were looking for. Thank you again Lucas, Monica and C&H!
