1 year agoHave used multiple company's in the area recently and wish I would have called action towing every time they were quick and professional and on top of that cheaper then anyone else a to z towing told me it would be 45 minutes ended up taking 6 hours then couldn't get my car off the flatbed causing damage to car after watching the driver try to get it off for 20 minutes I taught him how to bypass nuetral safety switch tuff guy towing also told me an hour and took 8 hours which neither experience was I in a rush but wanted to be home to pay them action towing has stayed true to their word every time I've called and I wouldn't ever call anyone but them -

1 year agoOver charged for storage fees. Signs clearly posted say $50/day but charged $75/day when I went to pick up. They wouldn't release the car unless I paid the extra fees they made up. Terrible people.
