13 years agoThey are very sensible and understand everything that needs to be done. They understand and know how the house works because it is a big house there are a lot of components to it. They know the area and all the people that I might need to hire anytime there is a problem like this morning I had a call that there is some odor and informed me that they would like to call a problem because it looked like a circulating problem. They are right on top of everything and even call's me. We had already picked out a sewer for the basement but then they saw another one and sent me a picture; they treat this house like it's their own house. The workers are all very nice and respectable. There has never been a problem with them in the past few months that they have been working around my house. I am using upscale appliances and am using a decorator that they have recommended who I also love. They are very sensible. -

14 years agoHe was recommended to me by the broker who sold me the house, and he told me that he does a lot of work for the people in this whole area and that he had done work in this house before and knew the house very well. He has been wonderful. He has been waiting for me to finish my planning, and he has been in contact with me. I had a couple of things break around the house, and he answers me right away when I send him e-mails. We had a sprinkler system problem and I asked me whether he could possibly find out who put the sprinkler system in the house because we needed to change them. He found out and sent me an e-mail back right away on who it was. He is very professional. He is a general contractor while his brother has a painting company. He has done a couple of things and hasn't sent me the bill yet. I told him that I wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms and he said that he would do anything I wanted. We are going to install a huge aquarium in the kitchen and it requires a lot of work in the basement as well, because we need to put in a reservoir for the tank along with equipment like the compressor and all that stuff, and he is going to do all that work. One time, one of the gutters was hanging off my house, and I sent him an e-mail, and he had a guy come over the next day and fixed it. That was about 2-3 months ago and I have never got a bill for that. I have been in contact with him since October when I bought the house. He sent me a big gift box for Christmas. He wants to let me know that he is around and that he is there for me. I have had nothing but a good experience with him so far. I would definitely recommend him.
