3 months agoMy family and I have been using Griffin for 6+ years. Both for regular maintenance and repairs. Today Joshua came on a Sunday at 5:00 PM while it was -8F and got us fixed up quickly and professionally. Moreover, they all seem like super genuine people. We highly recommend. -

3 months agoOur heat went out some time during the night during negative temperatures. I called Griffin to see if they could come out same day, since we have a baby. They got back to us within 20 minutes of our initial phone call, and said someone would be out within the next hour. Our tech Josh showed up early, found the issue and got the heat running again quickly. They do have to come back tomorrow to replace some wiring, but overall highly recommend to anyone having issues. -

5 months agoAfter waking up to a cold house we made the call to Griffin HVAC. They fixed our AC last year and were great so I had no doubts about this time. They returned our call and got us scheduled. He arrived a few minutes early and had the problem diagnosed in no time. He explained everything and had to run to get a new part but had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend Griffin HVAC and will be using them for all our repairs and maintenance.
