1 month agoI had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kathy and Erik. After many, many years of using the same carpet cleaning company, the owner ended up retiring. I was very nervous to find a new family-owned company that would do amazing work as the previous company had done. After searching online I found S&J. Kathy was great to talk to on the phone and went through all of the details with me. I also found out that her and her husband are very good friends with the previous cleaning company that I used. That put me at ease also. Kathy and Erik came out to my home last week to clean all of my carpets. They were courteous, knowledgeable and definitely experts at what they do. I had a question for Kathy after they had left and she happily came back to my house to address it with me. Her customer service is wonderful. I am so thankful that I found them and look forward to S&J cleaning my carpets from here on out. If I could give them more than five stars I would! Alicia -

They are reasonably priced, show up on time, respectful of the home and are experts in their field. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone I know, this is the third time we have used them and they are worth every cent.
