6 months agoBEWARE!! Do NOT hire this company. They do not know what they are doing and will completely ruin your rugs. They cleaned my oriental wool rug (a sentimental wedding gift btw) as they would synthetic carpeting and completely destroyed it. Fibers coming out, dying coming out and spreading, leaving stains that can't be removed. Absolutely horrible. And don't try to ask for a different technician to come out to try to fix it, they will just keep sending the same guy who ruined it 3 times because - and I quote - "she doesn't want to hurt his feelings". That's a grown man by the way. Top notch customer service and care if I ever saw it . Then you'll be left dealing with corporate for this location's overall incompetence. Save your money for a company that actually has trained technicians and respectable management. -

3 years agoOriginally they said it was $600. for our carpet cleaning and when he gave me the bill it was for $700. I told him what his original quote was and he said he meant $700. Very shady -

The staff was very professional; during the whole process, they took the time to reach out to our association board members to bring to our attention problem areas and recommendations.
