Ron quickly identified that the wiring for my zone system wasn't connected correctly and that several dampers were inoperable. He corrected the wiring, and the difference in comfort throughout my home was noticeable right away. Ron was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. They charged me for the repair man waiting on hold with Nortek to inquire about parts' Also 4 seasons are cheaper in the service call and if they do the repair the service charge is deducted from the bill. It cost me $1019.00 to replace a gas value and starter i feel it was highway robbery my daughter made the call before i had a chance to call another. -
