We just moved into a new home with high-quality but aging carpet (10+ years) that was looking quite dingy. Between the "mystery stains" and a lingering mildew smell, I wasn't expecting miracles-I just wanted it clean. The process was seamless; it was just shy of four hours from the initial "hello" to the "have a great day," with the actual cleaning taking even less time than that. Shawn was professional and thorough; we walked the house together so I could point out the problem areas, and he handled them with ease. He tackled stains I thought were permanent, leaving the carpet brighter, softer, and looking years younger. We also opted for the deodorizer, which I highly recommend.
