2 weeks agoRJ O'Neil's professional staff installed my water heater and I couldn't be happier. The technician, Dan, arrived at the time I was given. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He took great care during the install laying down a tarp on my stairs and left the area clean. I noticed drops of water dripping from upstairs on the floor in my basement and mentioned it to Dan. Without hesitation, he said he would check, and sure enough the toilet upstairs was leaking. He addressed the issue right then and there. Edited to add that I decided to change out two additional toilets and they sent out Stephen to replace them. He, too was top notch! If you're looking for excellent customer service, professional and kind staff who love their job, as well as excellent products at a fair price, I highly recommend RJ O'Neil. -

As a woman it is an intimidating process to have home repairs/replacement done, but RJ O'Neil made it such an easy process. I appreciate their professionalism, expertise and how respectfully they treated me. I am very happy with my new furnace & AC, I would highly recommend RJ O'Neil!! -

The response to our need was quick, starting with the estimate, then proposal/invoice and finally the installation. The installers were prompt and professional and work was done in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond when connecting to the existing duct work and the clean up. We highly recommend R. J. O'Neil for all your mechanical, HVAC and plumbing contractor work, both residential and commercial. Five star business for sure!
