He shows up on time with the biggest smile on his face, he's so personable and professional. He does such a thorough job inside and out. It's hard to get good employees, but Joe is the best and I wanted to put a review on for him to give him Kudos for doing such a great job. 3 years agoThis is our second time we have had MIB. Cold weather has come and new tenant's are trying to take up residency in our garage and possibly into our home. Even with 3 cats and a dog, sealing up cracks and so forth sometimes you just cant win. George came out to our house and did a fantastic job! He answered all of our questions and kept our minds at ease. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service rep was on top of it and very personable as well. We will continue to use this small business as they have been good to us.
