Scott was awesome to work with, and was very helpful to answer any questions about getting permits etc. The fence is beautiful, and is tied in perfectly with our neighbor who also used Fence Connection. I highly recommend this company. -

4 months agoThe company is great until there is an issue or concern. After signing the contract April 12th 2025, the project was expected to take 3 to 4 weeks to receive materials and a day for installation. The project was not completed until September 22nd, 2025. Throughout the entire process, Fence Connection's communication was sparse, last-minute, and many times confrontational after the first visit did not go to plan to complete the project. Fence Connection resisted taking accountability for the errors and delays throughout the process. For those interested, here's the longer story: First visit (June 2nd, 2025): Fence Connection finished 90% of the project, blaming the manufacturer for shortening them on materials (fence posts). The remaining 10% was one of our gates that was to be centered as per our contract. Between the first and second visit, we raised concerns, such as that they left work materials that killed small parts of our lawn and plants. Each concern was met with confrontation and directing blame onto us or others. Second visit (June 30th, 2025): Fence Connection finished the remaining 10%, altering the installation of the gate to be off-center without our knowledge, blaming a shortage of materials again (fence sections). We objected to the installation being off-center, and Fence Connection, after some resistance, agreed to take care of it. Third visit (August 8th, 2025): Fence Connection came out and realized they did not have the right material to fix the installation, this time due to incorrect materials (matte black fence sections instead of satin black). Between the third and fourth visit, Fence Connection tried to haggle on a discount to leave it as-is and move on. We insisted that it be done right, so we did not accept their offers. Fourth visit (September 22nd, 2025): Fence Connection re-installed the gate to be centered, finally completing the project after a little more than 5 months. -

4 months agoOur old wooden privacy fence and our chain link fence surrounding our backyard served us well, for more than 2 decades, but they had outlived their usefulness. We called Fence Connection. Scott came out, measured and gave us our estimate, extremely professional and friendly, even though we had to rush to a Dr. appointment and work. Scott even had to come back to remeasure because a long weighted permit for a new garage had gotten approved. Even though it was A backwards way to do it, Scott came out remeasured worked with us! The crew came out, took down our old fence, constructed the new privacy fence out of vinyl and put galvanized chain-link around the rest of our yard. Everything was done in a couple days. Solid, sturdy and absolutely beautiful. We just had a party this weekend and our guests raved about our fences! Thank you, Scott, and the folks at fence connection Inc. We highly recommend this company, they hire the right people, their local, and they genuinely care about their customers!
