5 months agoDaniel came and inspected and cleaned my furnace and everything checked out fine. Replaced the filter in the furnace which I had bought myself for him to install. Daniel is very knowledgeable and and friendly and was a great maintanence visit. Entire visit took about 30 minutes. Next visit will be in August for my Air Conditioner inspection. Take care. -

Christine handled my appointment; she was courteous, friendly, and professional. On the day of the service, HVAC tech Jacob arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and explained everything he planned to do, including any recommendations. Jacob took before-and-after photos of my unit and attached them to my invoice for both my records and theirs. He took the time to answer my questions and never rushed through the cleaning, which truly impressed me. I've used other HVAC companies, both large corporations and small businesses, but Kustom and Jacob stood out. In all my years as a homeowner, no technician has shown me such thorough before-and-after details or taken such care in their work. Jacob was honest, and I'm eager to have him handle future appointments-including my upcoming AC service this summer. 5 months agoCan't say enough good things about Kustom Heating & Cooling. My furnace died during the coldest week of the year and they were able to get a new one installed quickly. Todd was beyond patient and helpful, Josh and Brandon did amazing work even though it was 45 below zero on install day, and also need to mention Christine who goes above and beyond without even being asked. Would highly recommend this team to everyone.
