Juan at JM HVAC pros inc responded back right away. Came a diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote very professional and friendly. 4 months agoWuann came 8 at night in less than an hour on a freezing Monday to repair my leaking outdoor spigot. He repaired within 20 min. All at a very good price for the circumstances. Could not have asked for better service, will be a repeat customer for sure. -

4 months agoI warn you, . In God's word I was not going to post this but I am stuck with was initially called for no AC. He started messing with my 3week old thermostat brand new. He said there was bad wiring when he explained that initially the problem to no AC was a wire outside that was disconnected from yard work.he changed the wires to my thermostat and it started malfunction. I was told to go and exchanged it (which i did and the problem was still there (thermostat turn on and off again every 10min for about 2min and the heater stopped working. He was telling me tap the screen of the thermostat and should turn back on. Mind you I have called ecobee and was told voltage was not enough all this He promise it should not giving any problems anymore. I sent videos and pictures of the problem he caused. I got tired of him with his lies. Finally I told him no wonder when I tried contacting better business bureau, he is not registered. He offered to give me my money back but now he left me with a huge charge from another company said he should not have messed with the thermostat if the problem was outside. It is costing me 3xmore because he screw up. -
