Diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes that another company couldn't figure out for two weeks during the biggest cold snap here in years. Very up front about costs and schedule. 1 month agoCool Tech in East Peoria, and its owner, Curtis Minter, is clearly an A+ company. He gave up part of his weekend to make sure our faulty furnace would once again give us comfort and heat. He was very professional and worked diligently to find the problem. Everything was fine when he left.
