5 months agoI had the pleasure of working with Chicago Service Source on many occasions over the last 2 years. I finally decided to give a review. We own and manage several multi family and commercial real estate properties. We hired Chicago Service Source two winters ago to take care of our snow and ice management for 11 of our properties. They were responsive and exceeded our expectations left from previous contractors. Our properties were always serviced on time and billing was detailed and professional. We decided to give them additional work after the first winter season. We have since contracted with them for Asphalt repairs, concrete removal and replacement , fencing projects as well as building maintenance and repairs. The company is professional and the staff takes pride in their work. I highly recommend this company. -

5 months agoWe are a Parking Lot / Garage company located in chicago. We have struggled over the years to find a Snow and Ice management company that could maintain service during peak hours. We seen our neighbor being serviced regularly and got a referral. We interviewed the owner and operations manager and decided we would let them take on 50% of our properties for the first season. That was back in 2021, they now service all of our properties. They have been great to work with. They have been responsive and adapt to last minute changes. They are consistent and have not failed us. They are competitive in pricing although our first priority was service. If our parking lots are not accessible we are out of business for that day. We have been using them for Asphalt seal coating and striping and again they exceeded what we were use to. Can't say enough positive things about this business. -

5 months agoOur condo assn. hired Chicago Service Source Inc. to install 15 LED Lights in our indoor garage and to cover some exposing wires. They came in got the work done. I overheard the team strategizing about what was the best way to do the job. I appreciate the team's collaboration in which made me feel at ease. Once the plan was put into action, everything was in the swing of a even smoothed flow. They got the job done. Work done and completed on September 10, 2025. 9 months agoMy New Porch Looks Incredible! I recently hired Chicago Service Source to rebuild my front porch with concrete, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final pour and finishing touches, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were top-notch. The crew (John, Pablo, Cristo, Mariano, Lupe, and Phil) was punctual, respectful of my property, and clearly skilled at what they do. They walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions (and trust me I had lots of questions), and made sure I felt confident in the plan before starting. The quality of the concrete work is outstanding; solid, clean lines, and a beautiful finish that has completely transformed the front of my home. A special shoutout to the owner, Phil it's rare to find someone so hands-on, honest, and committed to customer satisfaction. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of the work and the people he serves. It made a big difference knowing the job was being overseen by someone who takes so much pride in what they do. I had a small change in the project partway through nothing major, but something that could have easily justified a price increase. Instead, he handled it without hesitation and didn't charge me anything extra. That level of honesty and customer care is rare and so appreciated. What really stood out was their pride in craftsmanship. You can tell they care deeply about the work they do, and they don't cut corners. The end result is not just a functional porch-it's a real upgrade in curb appeal and value. Although the name says "Chicago," their services go beyond the city they work across the Chicagoland area. If you're anywhere in the region and need dependable, high-quality work or reliable service, Chicago Service Source is the company to call. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat and will definitely use them again! Check out the pics, they don't lie! I still need some patio furniture and plants (but can you imagine)! I am definitely a beyond satisfied customer and will use them again for future projects! -
