He fixed it in 20 minutes and stuck around afterward to explain the work he did and what to look out for in the future. Turned a stressful situation into a quick fix. -

9 months agoTim, I keep a lawyer on retainer for these kind of situations. I mean the fact that you're threatening to post every week all week is a little excessive and borderline slanderous. I have satisfied the village and can do so again I believe that it is my duty to notify them of the electrical because that was not permitted and installed by me so any issues that may pertain to that in the future will be liable for me in my Electrician. There were things there that I explained to Grace that I could gladly explain to you with a simple phone call. I did not ignore the issues that were present and clear. I took care of those today. All other issues that remain I can guarantee will pass a village inspection. Will be adding photos later of the work. Text from Vincent at Windy when I questioned the work done
