1 month agoI had an issue with my furnace not turning on all the way. I called at about 10pm and spoke to the owner Russell. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me the option to send a technician overnight or early morning next day. Luckily the weather played in my favor and I opted to wait till the morning. The technician arrived on time and was also very respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to find the source of the problem (it was more of a chimney debris issue from a previous job and not the furnace). He took care of it in about an hour. Before I knew it my furnace was back up and running. I will definitely reach out to them again for my future projects and any future issues. -
