Quickly diagnosed the problem correctly. More importantly, I really liked how he took the time to explain what he was doing, what I need to do in the future, and things to lookout for. 2 months agoWe were having issues with our furnace - we were trying to heat our house up to 75 and the heat kept shutting off once it hit 70. We called a separate HVAC company and they told us we needed to replace not only the furnace but also the AC and redo all the duct work as well. The total bill would have been over 20k. We called Brothers for a second opinion and they came out same day. Sergio was super helpful and showed us what was really happening: the filter we had put in was too strong, which was causing the machine to overwork itself and shut off to prevent overheating. A small filter change later and the furnance heated the house up to 75 no problem. Could not recommend more highly, would give 15 stars if I could. Thank you Brothers Heating & Cooling, will be calling you for all our future home needs! -

2 months agoMy furnace was making a weird noise so had four seasons come and check it out. They said that our furnace was so dirty that we needed an entirely new one for 9k and it's only 6 years old. We had Sergio come out for a second opinion he told me that the noise was normal made some slight adjustments to the furnace and now it works great. highly recommend these guys very honest -

2 months agoI had a heat issue this morning and when I searched for Heating companies in my area and Brothers Heating & Cooling was the first I saw. There were other companies listed but I didn't call them. I asked my mom to look for me too because I was on my way to work and when she looked Brother's Heating and Cooling was what she sent to me. I called and spoke to Sergio and asked him if it was any way he could come and check out my issue with my heat. He gave me a time and I had to reschedule for later in the day. I texted him to change the time and he was very accommodating. Sergio and company came by looked at the unit found out some information and pulled the filter out and recommended the correct size filter I needed. He is very personable, knowledgeable and an astute businessman. I am grateful for his customer service and care. I will be contacting him for future heating and cooling needs. A. Stennis
