1 month agoMy heat stopped working today and despite being booked, Ed was kind enough to take the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone. He was able to determine the filter was causing the issue and walked me through opening the furnace, removing the filter and resetting the system. This solved the problem and saved me from an extremely cold evening. Thank you Ed and I highly recommend Around the Town, I will use them again for future maintenance and repairs! -
