1 year agoFabulous Cleaning Company. Customer Care is next level. My tech, Cristina made my home look beautiful every time, using green cleaning products and equipments. I highly recommend this company for efficiency, sustainable cleaning educated about proper waste disposal techniques and use eco-friendly products to contribute to a healthier environment. Once again, my home was spotless when I returned. UnityCleaning has my heart! I had to suspend my services for a bit and didn't know how much I missed them! -

1 year agoDestructive. We've had Cristina clean our place about 10-12 times since March of last year. She comes in like a whirlwind - great energy to bring to a cleaning gig - and is extremely thorough with what she does. Considering the amount of time she spends cleaning and the quality of said cleaning, the prices are extremely reasonable. She's also trustworthy which is critical. Unfortunately, whirlwinds are also destructive. The fast-paced manner in which she cleans has destroyed 2 of our automatic trash cans, a lamp, an automatic soap dispenser, a plant and more recently, a watermelon. Yup, strange. Bear in mind, we haven't brought up any of this with Cristina - we've tried to make accommodations on our own - removing batteries from the trash cans, making sure the plants are lined against a wall, giving clear instructions on where delicate electronics are and asking her not to clean there. The last, absolutely last straw, however, was the watermelon. She probably dropped it and it burst open. It was in a plastic bag and she just put it on the spare side of the sink without telling us. Next day, I go to cut it open and discover the mess in the sink, including mold. It's a unique experience cleaning up after a cleaning lady. Other, relatively minor gripes: She comes in smelling heavily of smoke. The first few minutes till we adjust to it are uncomfortable. Every visit, she says, more than a few times, "There is so much dust, you know." Unnecessary hyperbole. I hate leaving negative reviews for stuff that's not core to the service I purchased but at the same, it is important for me to be able to trust anyone present in my home not cause damage. Edit: Cristina, you broke the lamp shade (and therefore, the lamp) while you were complaining to me about "so much dust." We made eye contact. You shrugged. No further words were exchanged but that should be enough verification for you. You're also welcome to stop by and fix the two electric trash cans you broke. Evidence and reparations in the same trip. Downgrading to 1 star because of your nonsensical response. And stop having your family members and friends give you fake reviews. I wouldn't have said anything because I respect that you're trying to make a business work and maybe, with other genuine clients, your work is stellar and also damage-free. But learn how to take accountability for your actions. -
