7 months agoHORRIBLE!!!! Save your money, go somewhere else. Originally went with them because they were cheaper and it included a follow up. They came out the first time, set traps and everything went well. Then came the follow up, I called up the appointment and everything, no one every showed up! When I called to follow up, they claimed they didn't have anything set for me and would be able to come the next day. Fine, they came the next day, afterwards the technician (which was supposedly the supervisor) told my husband we could get a complimentary follow up because the initial guy set the wrong traps. Well after 2 weeks of back and forth no follow up was done and the lack on communication between the office and the technicians is just horrible and make you look the bad guy. Meanwhile still have a pest problem. -

7 months agoTerrible service and communication. Too difficult to get a hold of and they do not follow up with phone calls. I do NOT recommend this place. -

1 year agoJust want to leave a review here I bought here couple days ago. I always get the same product which is always $37.47 with tax. But this time a $3 charged was added because the lady manually entered my card number instead of her using her card reader. Hopefully this situation gets fixed.
