1 year agoI just want to say everything was great with the driver great communication and just a great person overall. Except the dispatcher he over talked me when giving the pick- up & drop- off locations so he miss heard the address. Which I confronted him about and all he said is he doesn't care also he tried to drop my car off just anywhere and cursed me out called me out my name all because he messed up while he was yelling I'm still trying to tell him calm down it's not that serious even though he messed up I even offer to pay the difference but he would not stop yelling he was being extremely aggressive , incompetent , unprofessional and rude didn't appreciate that at all but again everything else with the company was great. -

1 year agoMet a fellow biker from Canada that broke down on his vacation. Got him pulled to my garage thinking we could diagnose and fix but technology was the problem. Called the dealership in Elmhurst and they said they would get him right in if we could get a tow . Called Chicago Towing and spoke with the dispatcher and he got a truck out to us in an hours time. The driver Christian was very professional and is to be commended for his great attitude and ability.
