3 months agoI had a terrible experience with Binos Service Solutions. They kept extending the ETA for my tow over and over with no real explanation. On top of that, it was extremely hard to get in touch with anyone - they barely answer the phone and communication was almost nonexistent. When you're stuck and need help, this is the last kind of service you want. I would not recommend them -

4 months agoBest service I was never gonna have. By chance I was towed to a honorable Family Owned business. We need to sponsor Family Owned Businesses where they take the time to explain and not try to get over on a person. Especially women, who do not have any knowledge of vehicles, are so many times taken advantage of in big business shops... God Bless... I will forever take my vehicle to Binos where they never steer me wrong.
