9 months agoJust used this service for the first time for a deep cleaning, and they are great! Querena made sure that we received the services we had requested, paying great attention to every detail! What a hard working team!! We are so happy with our very clean home and will certainly continue with regular services! Unfortunately, I need to revise this review. I overlooked the fact that this team was very late for the first appointment because they worked so hard. However, we had a scheduled cleaning today and again they were not here at the scheduled time of 9am. I texted that we would need to cancel but they showed up anyway an hour and a half late, saying they travel from far away. They should have informed me in advance of possible tardiness or at the very least called to say they were running late. I'm sad to give anyone this kind of a review but I really could not recommend them for cleaning services. -

1 year agoWe've had Querena and her team out a few times for a deep clean, then maintenance cleaning and we're always amazed at their work! They're all so polite, kind, and great at what they do! The house sparkles after they leave and I have such peace of mind. Querena is very communicative if they expect to be late or early, which I'm so appreciate of. Thank you to Querena and her awesome team! 10/10 would recommend them! -
