1 year agoIncredibly unprofessional. Showed up in pajamas smelling like cigarettes, without any cleaning equipment. No showed on the first Thursday I actually wanted them to come and then afterwards said they missed my message. They called repeatedly to come on a later date. I gave them and chance and initially they did a good job. Then they pressured for signing a contract. I was happy to sign based on quality of first clean. After 3 cleans, I started noticing straight long hairs in different parts of the house where they had been, and after the last clean Tyler called that he forgot to empty the dishwasher after he had already left the house. We emptied it ourselves since we were in the middle of dinner. Afterwards we terminated the contract, and Tyler started calling during the middle of the night and threatening to send police to my job etc. save yourself the headache of hiring unprofessional cleaners. -
