1 year agoIf I could leave zero stars, I would leave zero stars. I do not think they understand the meaning of a deep clean. I was very clear on what I wanted cleaned. I asked her to focus on the windows, the bathrooms and the kitchen. I was talking to her, trying to explain to her in the windows what I want cleaned out and she seemed like she wasn't even paying attention to me. She told me she was not gonna vacuum because I told her not to vacuum. I just had carpet laid yesterday. I will do that as for the oven oven off let it sit for 20 minutes and everything that was right there would come right off. Obviously, they're not professionals if they couldn't give me the correct time or quote from actually looking at the stuff. I hired them because I've been messing with this house. I'm getting ready to move While And it needed a deep clean in certain areas. Obviously, they don't know what means. -
