We used them for a half a year for recycling pickup, and they never showed up when they said they would, and I'm not talking about them saying they'll pick it up Friday, and then come the following Monday; no, I'm talking about them saying they'll be there on a Friday in May, and I don't see them till July. And whenever I would call them to schedule a pickup, or call them to inquire as to why my dumpster still hadn't been picked up, I would be placed on hold for at least 10 minutes. I'm giving them three stars because they were always nice and professional on the phone, and their drivers were professional, but it was a consistent headache.
