12 years agoThe people were very friendly and professional. The work they performed removing the tree and grinding out of the stump was very quick and efficient. The tree and stump was removed within three days of my original call and there was a lot of tree damage in the area from the wind storm. Once I signed the contract and returned it to Ashton via email, they were out the next day in the morning to remove the tree which took about an hour and a half for removal and cleanup. They came out the following day for the stump removal and final clean up. The one item that was not up to par was the fact that when the crews showed up for the removal work (the tree on one day and the stump on the second day), they did not come to the door and introduce themselves before they began the work. I did not realize they were working until I heard their equipment and went to investigate - occurred both days. Even the person estimating the project before the work began did not contact me to verify the work scope included everything I wanted completed. That said, the work met they performed met all my expectations and I am very pleased with the work.
