7 months agoWOW! It was so nice to find someone who knows what he is doing and charges appropriately. I got a quote from a big name HVAC COMPANY here in post falls. They came out and did a cleaning service, then 2 days later head unit started making noise. They came back out and determined it was a bad fan motor and circuit board. My parts were under warranty but labor would be $1700 dollars! Mike came and inspected and decided to take a more conservative approach. He pulled the fan bar out because it was dirty. Cleaned it, then reassembled the head unit and BOOM! Everything is working perfectly again. Thank you again Mike -

1 year agoMike installed a great 3 ton AC system and new gas furnace at a reasonable price. Everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend his services. He's busy, because he's good and has a lot of experience. I have very large west facing windows and the new system was sized perfectly to stay cool during our peak summer heat. -
