8 months agoFast, friendly, and inexpensive. I live in an apartment, a two bedroom, and I wanted a professional to clean my living room, hallway and bedroom carpet. The carpet in my building is inexpensive, and gets matted down easily. I've been here two yrs and wanted to bring it back to life. They showed up early, professional, and gave me a great price and discount. They even through in cleaning my 16ft x 7ft throw rug, in my dinning-room, for free. I was a little worried about the carpets feeling too damp after they were finished, but they dried soft and clean. My inexpensive apartment carpet looks fluffy and fresh and smells amazing! I absolutely recommend this company. -

1 year agoWe've used this company multiple times. We have two young children, two dogs and a cat. To say our carpets needed cleaned was an understatement. Our puppy had peed in multiple spots in one room - the smell is completely gone. They guaranteed it and said if the smell returns that they will come back and do a spot treatment. They even got grease out of our carpet. They were nice enough to leave a fan behind to help dry the floors I love that this is a family owned business. The two sons who cleaned the carpets were so friendly. We're customers for life. -

1 year agoThe Christmas stench! While visiting my dad's home for Christmas, my dog unfortunately had a large messy accident on my dad's white carpet. I called Mr Pritchett and was shocked when his son Jacob arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Carpet is spotless and the house smells great. Thank you for saving the day Jacob you are awesome! Don't hesitate to call these guys, I really doubt their service can be beat. God Bless!
