2 months agoI rarely leave reviews on businesses, but this experience was exceptionally bad. We started on a good note with Justin showing up in a timely matter and assessing our situation and getting us a quote. They did the mitigation. My problem is how the ending situation was handled. Justin called my wife yelling and stated that he was the boss and the floors that were just delivered he had them basically undelivered and told them to take the floors back. Even if I could ignore all of that when we decided to finish the job ourselves. He also told us he would be sending a bill due immediately for the services that were completed (understandable). My problem is when I got the bill I noticed a charge for the install of a cabinet, and reset of our marble countertop. Included in the pictures is a screenshot of the charge that I paid. Before paying this bill I called to dispute that one and only charge I stated I would pay the bill but that one part isn't true. I was then met with anger, saying I have been fighting them and arguing on everything. The lady on the phone said that the cabinet was installed and everything was returned to normal and as you can see in the pictures that is just not true. We specifically took videos and picture of every step of us installing the cabinet and adding the trim, sealing the counter with silicone, and also lifting the marble and adhering it to the cabinets. I respectfully stated that I have videos of all of this, which was just denied. She told me she was going to get Justin on the phone which I said okay great get him on the phone. She then changed her mind and said no I'm done and threatened to send this to their attorneys in Arizona. She explained how I would have to show up to court in Arizona. And instead of hearing me out or anything, after she threatened me with legal action I told her I'll just pay the bill (as I would rather just be done with them and the situation) and she responded by saying "yeah that's probably smart" condescendingly.
