5 months agoI hired Fabian Espinola of No Delay SVCS to build a closet for my children's room. I paid him $650 via Cash App on July 16th, 2025 as a deposit. Fabian scheduled and rescheduled the project multiple times (over a dozen occasions) but never began the work. Despite many follow-ups and promises to come, he stopped communicating after the refund deadline I gave him passed. No work has been completed, and I have not received a refund. I'm sharing this so others are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions before hiring. I have documentation of all communications and payment if needed. -

5 months agoI hired Fabian and paid half upfront, but after more than a month of delays and over a dozen missed start dates, the work was never started. Each week brought a new promise to begin, followed by another excuse and no follow-through. Eventually, he stopped responding altogether. I've been extremely patient and understanding throughout this process, but unfortunately, I've received no service and no refund. For anyone considering hiring, please ask for recent, verifiable references. Also, it's worth noting that a few of the five-star reviews appear to come from people who share his last name or are personally connected to him, so I recommend reading all reviews carefully and making an informed decision. I'm sharing this experience so others don't go through the same disappointment and financial loss. -
